Focus: Vision

This contract formalizes an agreement between Tony Kemp, represented here by Patrick O'Hara to play professional baseball for the Toledo Jeffs, represented by CPU GM in the Open League A2, as dictated by the terms of the Agreement.

  1. The Toledo Jeffs offers the position of Starting Left Fielder to Tony Kemp. However, this is at the team's discretion and the player may be moved to a different position or role as the club sees fit.
  2. The length of term of the contract shall be for 1 season, expiring on the final day of the season in which the contract is up.
  3. Salary shall be paid as $13,500 per day, or a cumulative $432,000 per season.
  4. In accordance to the contract type of CPU the following bonus will be awarded to the player: .
  5. The player shall also be due a signing bonus of $0 upon the ratification of this contract, payable immediately.
  6. The daily salary is not guaranteed (under the agreements of WBLPA and the owner's group), and the contract may be terminated at any time. Failure by the club to be solvent shall result in the league covering the terms of this agreement, however, the player is in effect released from the agreement and may sign with another club at his discretion. The total of the signing bonus is non-refundable and is guaranteed.
