Focus: Control

This contract formalizes an agreement between Anton Schlotkin, represented here by Kernsie51 to play professional baseball for the Squamish Thunder Pigs, represented by Kernsie51 in the WBL League A1, as dictated by the terms of the Agreement.

  1. The Squamish Thunder Pigs offers the position of Ace Starting Pitcher to Anton Schlotkin. However, this is at the team's discretion and the player may be moved to a different position or role as the club sees fit.
  2. The length of term of the contract shall be for 10 seasons, expiring on the final day of the season in which the contract is up.
  3. Salary shall be paid as $25,000 per day, or a cumulative $800,000 per season.
  4. In accordance to the contract type of Journeyman the following bonus will be awarded to the player: +1 moxie on appearance (cannot be combined with moxie for victory).
  5. The player shall also be due a signing bonus of $0 upon the ratification of this contract, payable immediately.
  6. The daily salary is not guaranteed (under the agreements of WBLPA and the owner's group), and the contract may be terminated at any time. Failure by the club to be solvent shall result in the league covering the terms of this agreement, however, the player is in effect released from the agreement and may sign with another club at his discretion. The total of the signing bonus is non-refundable and is guaranteed.
