Every offseason, managers scramble to sign what they believe is the best talent they can get. Most of the time they come up with very successful teams that lead them to divisional and league titles. However, often times there are a one or two players who becomes standouts for a CPU team. These players who slip through the cracks can almost single-handedly carry their otherwise talentless teams to .500 or above seasons. Again this year, we see various players who have stood out in their respective leagues, especially in A, B, and C League, without being signed by an actual manager.
