Orcas Leaping into a Streak!

Teams in the Red Division of Open D League 1 had best watch their backs-Because the Orcas are on a roll!

The Orcas have started the season off excellently, winning all five of their first five series of the season.

The Cavemen were the first to fall, as they only won one game in their series against the Orcas.

The Raptors/The Abusement Park joined them as they lost every game against the Orcas.

Short Stop Xing Ji scored at least one run for the Orcas in every game against the Raptors.

The Skyscrapers are the toughest opponents the Orcas have faced so far this season, however, they were toppled by Anchorage as well, 3 games for the Orcas and only 2 for the Skyscrapers.

The Roadrunners, Training Squad, and Jolly Rogers all tasted defeat the same way as the Abusement Park: Losing every game.

Can the Black Panthers end this winning streak the Orcas have set up?

Only time will tell!

Orcas' 17-game winning streak versus the Black Panthers' 30-game winning streak...

One (maybe both) of these streaks will be broken tonight.

The Orcas' 17-game winning streak was the first to snap, then the Black Panthers ended a 33-game winning streak before finally receiving their first loss in season 16. The entire series was close and every Orca loss was only by one run. The run differential between the Orcas and Black Panthers was 12 to 13, respectively.

The Black Panthers took the series from the Orcas, 4-1. Great match up!

Thanks for all the positive discussion on this, guys! But I have a small problem.

All the pictures except the one for Xing Ji, as you can tell, are gone.

I used a Thumbnail generator to make all the pictures, so I don't know why the other three stopped working, yet one did. Can anyone help me out with that?

The pictures you placed into the story were showing with a generic "image not available" icon. I had to delete those in order for the story to look better.

Moral of the story: "Always save a hard copy."

I do this with all of my sports articles.

M'kay, got the pictures back up for the article!

I guess that the thumbnail generator I used this time (I didn't use the same one as I did for the Artesians v. Chifeds article) didn't work as well as the one I used for said article.

So now they should work.
