A bug which caused a handful of players to receive premature endorsements has been fixed, and the players who were affected have been identified and issued free respecs. If you had any players who were affected by the issue, you should be receiving a private message shortly.
You should be able to identify these players by checking for to see if a) they have a free respec, and b) they have a negative skill point total in their skill point pool. Those notified about this issue will have 48 hours to respec and fix their players before they will receive heavy skill point penalties during game simulations.
