Over the next several hours we'll be updating the game in a series of steps which may result in some visible ways such as CPU stats changing or team ownership changing hands. We plan on having the transition completed by mid to late afternoon with the official start of the season 15 preseason at (roughly) 6:00 PM Central Time.
