Player Trade question

If a player is over the tier limit due to leveling, can they be traded to another team in that same tier? For example, I have a level 14 who started the season in tier D. If he would leave his current team, would another tier D team be able to pick him up since he started the season in D? Or would he be stuck going to a C team for the remainder of the season?

Despite my dad telling me not to post anymore, your are a friend. You are correct, say if you are a level 14 in division D and get booted off one team you cannot sign onto another div D team you would have to sign onto a div C team..... As my dad would say one of the few things on here that makes sense....
